Caldo Concrete is seeking a dependable, organized, and hands-on Dispatch and Field Supervisor to join our growing operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently. The position will spend approximately 70% of the time managing dispatch operations and 30% supporting field and driver supervision activities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in dispatching, fleet coordination, and team supervision, preferably within the concrete or construction industry. This individual must be adaptable, solution-oriented, and capable of managing quick operational changes while maintaining strong communication and accountability across the team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily dispatch operations for concrete truck deliveries and scheduling
- Communicate with drivers, field personnel, and customers to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
- Monitor truck routes, delivery schedules, and operational efficiency throughout the day
- Supervise and support drivers, including performance management, coaching, hiring, and disciplinary actions when necessary
- Ensure all drivers complete required daily vehicle inspections and safety procedures
- Oversee truck maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs and preventative maintenance activities
- Maintain accurate timesheet records and assist with payroll-related time tracking processes
- Respond quickly to operational issues such as breakdowns, scheduling conflicts, weather delays, or route changes to keep projects moving efficiently
- Assist in field operations and provide on-site support when needed
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and professionalism
- Support company growth initiatives as the fleet and operations continue to expand
- Collaborate with leadership to improve operational processes and fleet performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, DOT regulations, and safety standards

Requirements
- Previous experience in dispatch, transportation coordination, fleet supervision, or construction operations required
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Knowledge of concrete operations and concrete mix types strongly preferred
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Experience managing driver schedules, truck maintenance, and daily operational logistics preferred
- Ability to hold employees accountable while maintaining positive working relationships
- Proficiency with timesheet management and basic computer systems
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift with seasonal flexibility based on business demands
- Understanding that summer months are highly operational while winter months focus more heavily on truck servicing, maintenance, and preparation for peak season
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
