Temporary Full-Time Assignment (Approximately July 14 – October 6, 2026)
Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 annually (prorated for the duration of the assignment)
About the Opportunity
GenCare Lifestyle is seeking an experienced Interim Executive Director to provide leadership for our premier senior living community at Point Ruston during a planned leave of absence. Pt. Ruston recently reached 100% census and completed a deficiency free state survey. This beautiful community is a turnkey opportunity!
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Executive Director, Regional leader, or senior living consultant who enjoys stepping into high-performing communities and maintaining operational excellence while supporting an established leadership team.
Point Ruston is a full continuum senior living community with an outstanding reputation for exceptional resident care, hospitality, and team culture.
Responsibilities
- Provide overall operational leadership for the community.
- Support and coach department directors while maintaining accountability.
- Ensure compliance with all state and company regulations.
- Oversee resident satisfaction and quality of care.
- Monitor occupancy, financial performance, and operational goals.
- Partner with the Home Office leadership team on strategic priorities.
- Foster a positive culture for residents, families, and employees.
- Maintain continuity of operations throughout the interim assignment.
Qualifications
- Current or recent Executive Director experience in senior living required.
- Multi-site or Regional leadership experience is a plus.
- Washington Assisted Living Executive Director experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success leading large senior living communities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to quickly build relationships with residents, families, and team members.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Assignment Details
- Expected Dates: Approximately July 14 through October 6, 2026
- Full-time temporary assignment
- Competitive salary equivalent of $130,000–$150,000 annually, prorated for the assignment
