Lead Commercial Glazier / Crew Leader

We are looking for an experienced Lead Commercial Glazier who can confidently run a crew, manage commercial glazing projects, and take ownership from layout to completion. This is not an entry-level position. We’re searching for someone who knows the trade, leads by example, and takes pride in high-quality work.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage crews on commercial glazing projects
- Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
- Measure openings and field verify dimensions accurately
- Install storefronts, curtainwall, doors, hardware, mirrors, glass, and related systems
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and team members on-site
- Train and mentor less experienced installers
- Maintain quality control and ensure projects stay on schedule
- Troubleshoot installation issues and solve problems in the field
- Ensure safe work practices are followed at all times
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of commercial glazing experience REQUIRED
- Proven experience leading crews and running commercial jobs
- Ability to read blueprints and perform accurate field measurements
- Strong knowledge of commercial glazing systems and installation methods
- Estimating experience is a major plus
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various jobsite conditions

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
